What's a good workout split when on gear?

Not sure if this is the right section for this but for best
results when starting a cycle, would a full body, ppl, or upper
lower work best for size and strength? Im currently on a 4 day
upper lower split...

TBF buddy, whatever routine you have previously found the best
and most effective would be the direction to head in. Obviously
much depends on what fits people's lifestyles too. The one
caveat is that you can probably get away with a slightly higher
workload/frequency/volume as your recovery etc will be improved
but essentially, what worked before will still work now

Cheers mate, will stick to what i'm doing and maybe add a little
more volume depending on how i feel.
