Do you consume on training and non training days?
I aim to keep the same amounts going in regardless of if I am
training or not but lately I have been slacking.
270g training days
180g-200g non training days

Completely individual depending on chemical assistance or not,
bf levels, cutting or dieting etc.
No need to alter training and non training day ratios IMO, that
should be left for carbs.
A natural trainer maintaining or increasing weight should be
fine anywhere from 0.7g -1g of protein per LB of bodyweight.
Maybe the higher end if really lean.
Whilst cutting 1g-1.2g per LB could be more beneficial.
Add in drugs and your body is able to utilise a whole lot more
protein so I'll leave that to more experienced members to add in
their take on assisted diets.

The only difference on my non training day is I'm not quite so
anal on counting numbers but I don't make a point of changing
what I eat. Even calorie wise, we don't actually burn a THAT
many calories training so the fact that I don't have a PWO
designed meal is more than enough to cover any reduction in
expenditure
