Nine, are these the same nice that departed Minas Morgul in
search of the shire? Seems like they would be just as

Squats session 2.
This followed 4 hours of washing, decontaminating and polishing
my car ready for a ceramic coat tomorrow. I was knackered before
I started.
Strict OHP 51KG 2X5 3rd amrap set saw 9 reps
Squats 117.5kg 3 X 5
Every rep was a battle. Still just met the minimum number.
Pull ups bodyweight plus 30kg 2x5 and 7 reps for the 3rd amrap
set.
Tagged on slow paused bench, barbell curls and Tri overhead
extensions.

Best way to describe it is like a thin glass coating to the
paintwork. Makes it easier to clean in future washes and keeps
it looking better as the polish is sealed under the coating so
that gloss look is renewed after every hose down.
Car detailers round my way want between £600 and £900 to prep
and coat the paint, wheels and trim. I paid £200 for all the
gear needed and watched YouTube prior to getting my new ride.
I hand polished mine as the paint is new. Older cars need to be
machine polished prior to coating.

Thanks for the positivity bud.
I would love to say I'm 80kg of ripped stage ready sex appeal
but I'm actually looking like a skeleton lol.

Always had a solid Pullup. Glad to see that strength hasn’t left
you.
Never heard of ceramic coat. I’ll just stick the the dust
coating.... protects the under layer and much easier to manage
lol
