Along similar lines, if this was a test then we would have
failed miserably. Hopefully this is a learning opportunity and
we can plan for a future, far worse epidemic.
I have a couple of care homes and the information we have got
from the government and local councils is pathetic. Generic
‘work from’ home doesn’t cut it for some. I constantly read on
FB that the self employed would be harmed financially. What
about us in health and social care and the medical fields. We
are still expected to go to work and care for your loved ones
even if they are infected. Isolation just isn’t an option for
       some people.

Mate you’re one of the lucky ones then. You will get to go to
work, some it seems are going to lose that right. Absolutely is
winding me up how many cowardly narcissists there are out there.
Hiding behind worry for others when its themselves they are
       thinking of.

For the guys that lift at commercial gyms, what would you do if
they were forced to close like has happened in other countries?
       Lots of pushups and dips?
My Kung Fu school has from Friday implemented minimal to
no-touch training on advice of sports UK.. no pad work with
hands either...for the next month it’s going to be a lot of
airwork, form training and lots of kicks.

Not sure ,im dieting for a comp and currently 6-7% bf , not sure
I want to get any leaner and get wiped out by a virus whilst on
PED's that reduce immune health as it is , for a comp that
probably wont go ahead. As for training ill just stick with
cardio , pushups , dips , lateral raise a few bags of huel etc.

I’m part of a chain gym so unless they closed all branches I’ll
       be ok.
Worst case is I travel to work on my days off.

I have the keys to work so I may go in and train there on my own
just to do something and keep moving

[/quote]id say the PED's do along with being unnaturally lean ,
I know test isnt something they would give to someone for
autoimmune issues or neither is decca but I have read lots about
with higher RBC the white blood cells are often reduced , tht
maybe as a percentage or nominally im not sure, DV any ideas?
only on 500mg test and 200mg decca , but not sure it will help.
I will say though that pre contest im usually fairly resistant
to colds or ive been lucky over the last 25 years. Now when I
come off I usually pick something up but that might be because
       im so run down.

Now when u mention the red blood cell thing that reminds me of
something I read a couple weeks ago with regards white blood
cells. Basically saying boosting your immune system means
increasing white blood cells. It made me immediately wonder as
trt obviously increases red blood cells. So yeah makes sense
that it probably aint great for the immune system

Don't ask me about the science of it all but aas does weaken the
activity of the immune system in order to do their job.

My work have told me today to work from home until further
notice to limit exposure to my wife who’s 30 weeks pregnant.
So likely will be having a break from commercial gyms for same
reason unless she is happy for me to go - I honestly dont know
what to do with regards to commercial gyms or just miss until
       blows over.
Worst case will be home BW workout as better then nothing.
