The Black Death! - he’s a coming...

(Apologies to anyone offended for my brazen assumption of its
race and gender)
So WW3 didnt happen. Yet!
But the new existential threat to life is this new virus in
China! 2 whole cities totalling 18million people have been put
on lockdown, no one in or out. All public transport stopped,
illegal not to wear a mask in public and now all the supermarket
shelves are empty and food is running out!
Seems quite serious.
So.. how prepared are you for society to break down? I have
dabbled in a bit of ‘prepping’ before but that was a few years
ago now but still have a few bits.
Currently I have about 2 months worth of food for 5. (3 weeks if
the lecky went out and the freezer turned off) Also have 2
months worth of dog food
Father in law has petrol generator (would need to stockpile some
fuel)
I have a water purification kit and various fire making
implements.
Full first aid kit with about 800-1000 antibiotic tablets(always
been paranoid about getting an abscess) and I have 6months worth
of test at TRT dose !
Proper boots and cold / wet weather protective clothing
lightweight tents (for when my campervan runs out of fuel!)
A selection of knives, swords and machetes, a bow staff, a
knopkirie(zulu fighting stick) and a kosh. I think a crossbow is
next on my list.
Lots of rope
I have Ordinance survey maps on my phone which allows me to
download and print any map for the whole country. (Currently
have the south east printed but need to crack on with the rest)
Besides a stock of water, I think this is pretty much all you’d
need in the beginning!
How ready are you? Would you survive?

I have Chickens so would get a couple eggs a day. Apart from
that I have about 4 tins of beans and then id be f*cked!

I have a wife and child... both quite protein rich. And 4 cats.
Wife and child would go before the cats.

I recently picked up four boxes of Grenade bars from Musclefoods
for £8 a box .... So there's that, after that, I'm sure I'd find
something or other...

Ah the latest end of the world crisis. Best stock up on the anti
venom at extortionate cost to the tax payer. Question is will it
kill us before Greta Thundertugs global warming apocalypse?

What would you feed them? Your yard would be pecked pretty
quickly once the food ran out.

Spanish Flu? 50million dead. That’s within the last 100 years.
I get what you’re saying mate, The government does of course
like to keep us in fear.
But this latest one comes from China. I cannot see China
colluding with any western power. There whole means for
existence is to become a dominant superpower and to close down
10 cities now with the impact on the economy etc.. it cannot be
good.
The earth is in desperate need for a culling and to paraphrase
the great Jeff Goldblum “Life(nature) ..uh.. finds a way “
