thats where i get them from .
  HTML https://www.discounthealthproducts.com/product/kirkland-diphenhydramine-hcl-25mg/
these seem to be the best deal, a bottle will last me 3 years

Cheers Doc, how do they compare to promethazine mate?
       [/quote]
for me Promethazine is stronger , but im definitely wiped out
more the morning after , with those I only really take 1/4 or
       1/2 of a tablet .

I took 50mg and used some earplugs last night. Slept pretty well
other than getting up for a gigantic sh1t at half 12.

I always found them itchy after being in a for a few hours , id
pull them out in my sleep , ended up living on my own to solve
       the problem :'(
if you can get a small amount of valium , even 2.5mg to combine
with the dph it works a whole lot better and you can use far
       less dph.
dont think ive ever woke up in my entire life for a turd appart
from when ive had violent sh1ts

I know Nytol and Kalms have never done a thing to help me sleep.
I rven tried taking 4 Nytol tablets, and I still didn't get a
       wink of sleep.
It probably depends on the reason you cant sleep. For me, when I
have trouble it's because I cant switch my brain off and just
keep having things running through my mind.

There are 2 versions of nytol dazzz , the herbal ones and ones
that contain DPH so the none herbal ones do work.
Although completely understand what your saying , to calm the
brain down valium or any other benzo is easily the best , for a
none prescription version phenibut also works , just depends on
how much stress your under .
Zops sometimes dont help when the mind is racing.

High dose phenibut is fantastic. I build a tolerance to it
       extremely quickly though.

Agree with above I work nightshift any of the benzo family work
diazepam lorazepam clonazepam, etizolam was available without
permission not sure if legality has changed, I was thinking of a
melatonin 5htp cbd stack just to have a break from valium, I'd
be interested in trying kratom but not sure where to order from?
