Bigwig and doc, do you take things often to help you sleep?
I've got some diphenhydramine now, it says to take 1 tablet,
50mg, 20 minutes before sleep, is that enough?

usually 90 mins pre bed for me Newc , otherwise I end up feeling
too groggy in the morning, earlier the better if your free to
sleep.

Do you regularly take sleep aids?
Is 50mg enough or should I go higher?

Dont use them everyday , but when switching shifts or doing a 23
hour shift 9am-8am 4-5 hours sleep getting up at dinner time
and knowing i need to get at 11pm to get up the next morning ,
ill use 5mg valium and 12.5 DPH. Most nights 12.5 mg dph is
enough for me , although the nytol tablets have 50mg so will be
quite strong. I have done 100mg but found less to be just as
effective for me. You will dream your tits off with DPH.

Floydy, you telling me you’ve never had 8 pints and fish supper
at the Weatherspoon? That certainly does it for me. I’m out
like a light

I can’t believe the Floydy - Weatherspoon connection did not
land? Is it just too high level?
That’s the last time I joke with drugged up insomniacs!
