Trouble sleeping

looking for something decent to order online.... to switch my
brain off :)
Never used anything before. but need it at the moment.
melatonin?

Melatonin is a load of ball bags.
I've just tried rich piana ktfo. Did absolutely nothing. I'm
going to try something called unplugged next, although I'm not
hopeful.

diphenhydramine is very good ( allergy medicine)
Promethazine even better but you are groggy the day after.
atarax strong
vallium is excellent (POm)
zopiclone probably the best but very habit forming (POM)
the over the counter stuff is actually stronger than the
prescription only meds for me.

to add to my list , kratom in high doses can work well
Phenibut is great for sleep , even better when combined with
gabba
8 pints will do the trick , but id be pissing all night and
dehydrated.

You can buy all the stuff you listed over the counter?

You can buy all the stuff you listed over the counter?

apart from the ones listed POM yes, although if you go to the
right counters then you can get those as well

Its in some nytol yes, but not all nytols, its the real one .
don't underestimate diphenhydramine its seriously strong stuff,
take too much and you'll be tripping for days
