Goblet squat - 3x5 40kg in between sets I did 3x8 hanging leg
raises
Pull up - 5xBW then did 5x100lb on the assisted machine but it
really aggregated my front left delts so abandoned ship
Seated machine row - 4x8 68kg, drop, 8x41kg
Incline BB press - 3x10 60kg
Side lat raise - 20,15,15 5kg, in between sets did 2x8 hanging
leg raises
V bar triceps extension - 3x8 130lb
20 minutes gentle jog.
Been extremely sore and stiff in the very top of the glutes and
hip flexors. Had a few days off last week and sat around quite a
lot, this more than likely has caused the stiffness.

What's with chins aggravating front delts? That's an odd, sure

No idea mate, it's just on the machine though as it has a very
strange handle that doesn't allow you to go close grip or a
hammer grip. It's bloody awful.

Best thing for a strong neck are head stands! Start against a
wall, then try support your self with just your arms... then if
you’re a nutter like me, try do some claps !

Sldls don’t cause issues with the back then?
I steer well clear of them personally.

No they seem to be OK for the minute. Part of the problem is
clearly having a weak posterior chain, which these should
definitely help with.

No it’s not against a wall. You start learning headstands
against a wall, then move on to just supporting your self with
your arms.
How did I do that magical feat you ask?

Through dilligent kung fu and qigong training passes down for
1000’s of years from the Shaolin Temple, my sifu has taught me
to channel the cosmic energy that surrounds us all while
clearing that which is not required. Once sufficient Qi has
built up along your meridians, the body will do what the mind
requires of it.

I’m a nutcase.
It’s a freeze frame from a clap. I was on my head without
support for about half a second if that. But damn did I feel it!
