Thanks Brett, I'm not sure if any picture is pretty enough to
       represent me though tbh.
Perhaps one of me spread Eagle?

I have had better progress recently adding weight to pullups and
       dropping a plate each set.

Do you mean on the assisted machine?
       [/quote]
No mate. I’ll do warmups first before doing first work set
+10kg, second set +7.5kg, third 5kg and so on. Looking to add a
rep whenever I can to whatever set.

Neck curls/extensions? Just for general wellbeing?

Yeah I kept hurting my neck so I started doing just BW exercises
and it definitely helps, so I thought why not try doing some
       weighted exercises at the gym.

Keep it light and go for reps mate, it's easy to tweak your neck
and not fun at all. Providing you keep it light and don't over
do it you will be fine, something like 25 reps is ideal.

Yeah I think you're right mate, the evidence does seem to
suggest high reps are best in this area.

Have I bollocks, that's a very advanced move for a very strong
       neck.

I used to do holds with a couple of 25s on my chest... which is
all well and good until you ask some gym numpty to put them on
for you and from about an inch off your chest they drop the
fucking things. That was a while ago now, struggle to even do it
       on my own now
