As ever Animal, thanks for taking the time to research.
I've actually been on tbol before and absolutely loved it, quite
possibly the most underrated anabolic out there. Wasn't training
for strength at all, more Richard Piana pump type nonsense and
       it still went up considerably.

I'm just looking at going on a moderate test cycle Ox, possibly
       500mg a week, then cruise on 100-150mg.

       Goblet squat - 3x12 35kg
       Incline BB press - 3x10 60kg
Underhand pull ups - 5, felt off so just left them there
       Seated machine row - 3x10 160lb
Neck curls and extensions - 15, 12,10 10kg plate, went to using
my towel and a 5kg then 10kg plate, forget the reps now
Seated machine shoulder press - worked up to a double with the
full stack, which I think was 91kg
       Facepulls - 20,15,10 70lb, very short rest
       V bar triceps extension - 3x12 130lb
5 minutes jog then realised the treadmill actually goes past
10mph, so did a couple of sprints with 11mph, then unfortunately
the poop express reared its ugly (turtle) head. Again.

Just when I get a handle of the gyno, I can't get hold of any
       nolva which doesn't help.

SLDL - 3x8 60kg, last set with straps
       Bench press - 3x15 60kg
       Lat pull down - 3x15 45kg
       Cable fly - 3x12 55lb
       Seated machine row - 3x8 68kg
       Side lat raise - 12,15,15 7.5kg
Straight bar curl - 12,8,6,3 very short rest
4x20 second treadmill sprints 12mph, then last one for 30
seconds. Gentle jog for 10 minutes. Think I may be pretty stiff
in the coming days. And not stiff in a good way.....

I'm sure I must have asked before (but can't check now) but have
       you tried DEADmill sprints?

You've probably asked me that about 30 times. But tbf that was
on MT and not MTL, so to answer your question, yes I have tried
them, but I hate them. Proper hate them. I get enough weird
looks when I run fast as it makes a horrendous noise, never mind
being the guy that doesn't know how to turn the treadmill on.
