An 'official' diagnosis would make knowing what you can do to
help it, if indeed there is anything you can do initially, a lot
more beneficial

Couldn't agree more, at this point it's speculation.

I'm a dryliner mate, they're plasterboards. Some of them are
58kg and the cement boards I'd estimate are over 80kg.
For my heart, that needs training too.

As Animal says YouTube is a wonderful thing and it's free. I've
eased it off loads now watching a Jeff Ethier video, taking the
useful exercises and tweaking them to suit me a little better.
And I've saved myself £70 ;)

Hang cleans - 5x3 50kg, seemed like a much more sensible idea
for me to do, very small increases each week now
Incline bench BB row - 5x5 82.5kg, added another 25kg plate to
the stack and it moved much better
EZ curls - 4x5 42.5kg, decided to drop pull ups as they along
with hanging leg raises have aggrevated my rotar cuff
Side scapula raises - 12xBW, 1.25kg plates, 2.5kg plates SS
with....
Side planks - 3x30 seconds
5x20 second trueform sprints
