Cleans - 4x3 60kg, one of the instructors came over and
basically told me I was doing them completely wrong. We had a
long chat about a lot of things and decided to practice with
hang cleans and that I should get an MRI.
Incline bench BB row - 5x5 80kg
Hammer grip pull ups - 5x3
Long pause cable row - 3x10 80lb SS with...
Scapula planks - 3x40 seconds
10 minutes treadmill trueform jogger

How does a discussion go from from correcting clean tech to
needing an MRI?

Hang cleans are much better then power cleans.
What exactly would you be looking for on an MRI? Have you tried
stretching ? Like properly.

What madness is this? Unless that was an Oly instructor I'd
take the advice with a pinch of salt. I agree with DV though,
videos would be helpful for us and you.

Like I said mate we had a long chat. Told him about my injuries
and he said I need it addressing, which I obviously do.
It's just not going to happen mate.

I think they're definitely better suited to me.
Why my back has been constantly knackered for as long as I can
remember. The pain never stops it just floats to another place.
