Bench press - 5x5 85kg
Standing strict press - 5,5,4,3,3 60kg, it would appear a 5kg
jump in the bench and strict was just a little too greedy for
today
Dips - 6x5, no time or monies to sort out a dipping belt
Long pause cable row - 3x10 80lb SS with...
Scapula Planks - 3x30 seconds, very difficult tonight for some
reason
5x30 seconds fast jog, walk intervals, 10 minutes 0.85 miles

How easy was the benching? I assume 5x5 is the goal therefore
another increase is pending.

5kg increases are a big jump with press work, OHP even more so.
Good work still though.

ramp volume up slowly precious. keep intensity high as possible.
use the volume increases over a few weeks to overreach but use
intensity as a daily metric. basically, you should drag yourself
out of the gym and find it difficult to lift your arms.
when in doubt work harder!

Lol, pure gold.
Regards the dips, there is always the classic, hold a DB in your
feet. If you have a band you can always hold in in your hands
and put it over your shoulders.
