Power cleans - 5x2 60kg, then 2x50kg. Form is probably iffy in
places, not even sure I squat really so it would be more of a
       muscle clean
       Standing row from floor - 5x5 60kg
       Pull ups - 5x4
       Facepulls - 3x20 80lb SS with.....
Planks x3, 30 seconds, gluteus activated
       10 minutes trueform

hardware store for pennies and a carabiner clip for about £2 and

And attach the chain to what?
It's just a bench that inclines, just for dumbbells etc.
Yeah mate, it's **** hard work.

You can just feed the chain around a normal lifting belt

I thread my chain through the buckle, hoping that will make it
last a bit longer. Jury’s out on that one though.

Threaded through the buckle on one side yeah, but what about the
       other side?

I don't understand. Just put your belt on, thread the chain
inside it, grab your plate, clip in and away you go.
Look at the last couple of secs (literally forward to the very
very end) of my vid here to see what I mean, you can see how it
works for me (I also do it the same way at the start for belt
       squats

Your collective explanations were terrible. I had to YouTube it
       for myself. FOR MYSELF.

Of course I got it, when it was properly explained. I'm a
       qualified aircraft engineer.
