Power cleans - 5x2 60kg, then 2x50kg. Form is probably iffy in
places, not even sure I squat really so it would be more of a
muscle clean
Standing row from floor - 5x5 60kg
Pull ups - 5x4
Facepulls - 3x20 80lb SS with.....
Planks x3, 30 seconds, gluteus activated
10 minutes trueform

It's just a bench that inclines, just for dumbbells etc.

You can just feed the chain around a normal lifting belt

I thread my chain through the buckle, hoping that will make it
last a bit longer. Jury’s out on that one though.

I don't understand. Just put your belt on, thread the chain
inside it, grab your plate, clip in and away you go.
Look at the last couple of secs (literally forward to the very
very end) of my vid here to see what I mean, you can see how it
works for me (I also do it the same way at the start for belt
squats
