No mate not at all, they're far easier than my normal sessions.

Spread-eagled like an icon of freedom
I have had better progress recently adding weight to pullups and
dropping a plate each set.

Leg extensions - 4x10 55kg SS with.....
Seated ham curl - 4x10 36kg
Underhand pull ups - 6 then went over to the machine and did 3x5
with 100lb
Bench press - 3x12 60kg
Low hammer row - 3x5 30kg a side
Neck curls and extensions - 3x8, 10kg plate for curls and a 5kg
plate for extensions
Straight bar curl - 8,8,8,3 25kg very short rest
10 minutes treadmill 1.19 miles

Any ideas in regards to taking a mild cycle or not? Any progress
on the gyno issue?

I'm not sure if it's a case of convincing myself or not but I
think there might be a slight improvement on the right side.
I've ordered another tub of turmeric so see how it goes and
access the situation again when near the end of the tub.
