       Goblet squat - 3x10 35kg
       Bench press - 3x12 60kg
       Underhand pull ups - 5 first set, then 5 sets of 2 with quickish
       rest
       Cable fly - 15,15,20 40lb (I think)
       Facepulls - 20x50,60,65lb
       Straight bar curl - 8,8,8 rest pause another 5 25kg
       20 minutes slow jog

       Find a pretty picture first bud. Then click 'profile' in the
       orange bar above. In that there is a section called 'forum
       profile' and it's in there.

       SLDL off a 25kg bumper plate - 3x12 50kg, no straps, no belt
       Incline BB press - 5x10 50kg
       Underhand pull ups - 6 then 3x3, will have to look at a proper
       progressive program for these possibly
       Standing DB press - 10,15,15 x15kg, last 5 reps of the last two
       sets were push pressed
       Side Lat raise - 3x15 7.5kg
       V bar triceps extension - 10,8 140lb 12x120lb
       10 minutes treadmill 1.17 miles
