I know from some of the comments some of you have watched the
episode where Chris Kresser 'debunks' the game changers, so here
is James debunking the debunk.

He certainly proved Kresser twisted some of his info but did
little to disprove the overall point.
The “home run” on b12 did nothing but prove Kresser got his
facts wrong. Vegans are still severely low in b12 while meat
eaters aren’t.
On protein u still need to eat a shedload of whatever grain u
choose which in turn spikes your insulin levels repeatedly.
Kresser was intimated by Wilkes aggressive manner. Wilkes
foisted a stance on him that he actually doesn’t have. He tried
to almost make Kresser a carnivore guy when he is anything but.
Oh and then there is of course the anecdotal evidence where
there are people upon people who have suffered ill health on
vegan diets. Yes you can do it by eating mountains of food and
taking bottles of supplements but that’s hardly desirable to
most.

I do neither of those things....so yea.
First 'anti-vegan' people were saying you'll start to go down
hill after 6 months to a year on a Vegan diet, now they are
saying, oh it'll take 5-10 years before you waste away and die
lool.
My daughter is 2 years old and is doing fine of a vegan diet,
and my son is 9 now and has been vegan since he was 6, and is
also fine... so all this you wont be able to last very long on a
vegan diet unless you eat bucket loads of food or take bottles
of pills doesn't quite add up.
