Any particular combo' s you like to knock up so I can give them
       a try?
       Mine at the minute is...
       125g oats.
       300ml whole milk.
       Tablespoon peanut butter.
150g Quark (been using different flavour kvarg ones recently to
       alter the taste slightly)
Sometimes top up with a bit milk on a morning if it's like
       wallpaper paste.
       Sometimes add dark chocolate chunks.

I used to whack 200g of oats into a tub, then just about cover
with water, whack in some dextrose if you're trying to add cals,
or sucralose if you just want some sweetness.
I'd then sprinkle some cinnamon on top, and chuck in the fridge
       overnight.
In the morning, I would mix up a shake (Protein blend was my
preference) but whey on it's own is fine.
The amount of water I would use in the shake, would be down to
how much I thought the oats needed to get my preferred texture.
I used to like them quite stodgy, but it's really down to the
       individual.
Great and simple meal though, with so much flexibility for
       flavour and tweaking calories.
