It's definitely not for use before bed, certainly not the kind I
have. Like you say don't have it after around 3ish.
I think I prefer phenibut all in all.

Phenibut is very good , but if you use it regularly you do get
withdrawals which are not pleasant . Phenibut is occasional for
me , id give Kratom a bit more time. when taken together is
quite good and you need a lot less of both.

Red wizard house blend. He has much more appropriate kinds for
chilling out and sleep.
