feeling a bit more positive today.
i'm going to stop a lot of the anti estrogens, just in cases one
of them is affecting my sperm count as well
also bought a load of HCG and HMG and i'll do the following from
       now on:
       impryl 1 tab ed
       clomid 50mg ed
       hcg 1500iu eod
hmg 75iu eod (alternating with the hcg)
i'll get retested in a month and see if there is any difference
although technically it should take 3 months for me to actually
see results as any sperm you fire out today your body actually
       made 3 months ago
i'll update with my next results which hopefully will have
       improved.
       ninja
       and that's it

ok some good news for a change. Following my 0 sperm count 3
weeks ago i've been on HCG/HMG/Clomid/Impryl and i was retested
       yesterday
previous results (before the one with no sperm) were
2 Million sperm per ml (normal is 15 Million)
9% are moving about in a progressive way (normal is 30%)
81% are not moving at all
on 4% are normal looking (apparently this is normal lol)
       I now have:
       3 Million sperm
       25% are moving about progressively
       5% are normal looking
so even with only 3 weeks on the hcg, hmg etc i'm better than i
was at the start and have recovered from a totally zero sperm
       count.
i'll maintain this protocol for the next 2 months and will post
monthly updates, in case someone else finds themselves in the
       same situation
       cheers guys
       chris

       new test results now in
2 Million sperm per ml (normal is 15 Million)
9% are moving about in a progressive way (normal is 30%)
81% are not moving at all
on 4% are normal looking (apparently this is normal lol)
5 weeks ago this had increased to:
       3 Million sperm
       25% are moving about progressively
       5% are normal looking
       New results are:
       22 Million sperm
       25% are moving about progressively
       7% are normal looking
needless to say it'm pretty happy about this

Very best of luck in what you's are going through together
ninja,Emotional rollercoaster to say the least.
The wife and I have been through 3 rounds of ivf for different
       reasons than yourself.
first time never worked,2nd time did (she's nearly 5) had to pay
for 3rd round nearly £5000 (she's 6 month) the wife was having
acupuncture weekly as well she got told it might help with
       implantation.
Followed this thread from the off and I'll continue to do
so,best of luck to you both once again 👍🏻

       Job done
egg harvest and final sample from me earlier this morning.
managed to get 17 eggs, 16 of which have been fertilised so on
monday we'll see how many make it past this stage to the
blastocyst embryo stage then they'll be frozen around wednesday
and we can get scheduled in for implantation.
       exciting times
       chris
