Best of luck, mate, I know a couple of couples who have gone
thru this so wish you all the success. have you considered other
       avenues too, adoption etc?

ok got my results, not brilliant
2 Million sperm per ml (normal is 15 Million)
9% are moving about in a progressive way (normal is 30%)
81% are not moving at all
on 4% are normal looking (apparently this is normal lol)
So i'm now on a drug called Condensyl which will increase the
number of good sperm i fire out in 3 months time (takes 3 months
for the sperm to mature, who knew)
So we will be having ICSI which for all i can see is basically
IVF, where the sperm is injected into the egg, it's then left to
incubate for a week, then frozen and then a month later is
       implanted.
The good news is that Natalie is still very young and has very
good results so the chances of that first implantation resulting
in pregnancy is around 60%, which is fantastic.
total cost is around £6500 including freezing any unused embryos
for later use. I have to say we're both feeling quite positive
       about it.
in the meantime i'll continue with hcg/clomid etc as they will
increase the number of sperm produced while the condensyl
       increases the quality of sperm.
I'll update this periodically in case it's useful for someone
       else down the line.

I posted above 60-70 days for sperm maturation, keep on with
your aromasin, clomid, nolva and proviron, get HMG if possible
its very easily available. Do not spend 6.5k yet until you have
given it 100 days, get retested, and then make sure you do the
deed on the right day and save up for 5 days first, then bang
away and it's imperative that your gf cums after you, or
preferably exact same time. Er, also make sure you get them
fired into the cervix, and if you dont know how then get
       practicing.

teapot. absolutely love the advice. The guy at the clinic said
something very very similar. sperm takes 3 months or so to
mature so the next 3 months is just time waiting for the little
swimmers to get ready. my wife is apparently extremely fertile,
which is pretty cool and she certainly seemed happy with that so
the issue is me, sperm volume and sperm quality so the next few
months are focused on taking drugs and f*cking tbh.
there is apparently a very good chance (60%) that we won't
actually need more than the clomid, nolva, proviron, aromasin
i'm already taking and the condensyl / impryl i've just been
       given.
watch this space - or rather don't as i'll either be f*cking or
       having a w4nk

       thanks teapot.
i think the reality is that i have maybe 10 weeks of drugs to
take to get to the point where i'm producing more and better
little swimmers but at least there is a plan now.
the not knowing what was up and the guessing of if we did this
or that maybe it would help, that was worse than this. At least
right now there's a plan, hope and a good chance things will
       work out, possibly without IVF/ICSI.
i'll keep you guy's updated and thanks very much for the support
       and comments.

i've now been taking the concoction of drugs for 8 weeks or so
now and got my results from another semen test - this time by
       the NHS yesterday.
now i know it's a free service and i also know they do not even
record results below 5 million sperm count but the consultation
       was harsh as fuck.
this consultant sat there and told me about 6 times that i have
absolutely no sperm production at all. made me feel like utter
shit, so much so that i'm going to the private fertility clinic
on monday to give another sample for them to test. honestly i've
been firing fertility drugs into myself for 2 months and I was
so hoping for better results than the 2 million swimmers i had
in my last sample so to be told i have absolutely none at all
just really messed with my head.
so another sample on monday, basically just to put my mind at
       rest.
that's 2 NHS tests that have told me i have no sperm at all, so
here's hoping the private one shows that i do indeed still have
some, just like it did last time.
hopefully have the results for next friday so i'll put them up.

       That's a bit sh!t, buddy. Hopefully you'll get a more
professional service and the answers you are looking for at the
       private clinic

got my sperm analysis back from the private fertility clinic and
yup, i have absolutely no sperm production at all.
the totally baffled me as 2 months ago i had 2Million sperm and
i've been taking impryl, hcg etc to help improve matters.
however, a few weeks ago i had an infection in my knee, big lump
appeared so i went to A&E and was prescribed flucloxicillin and
ibuprofen, to take 4 times a day for 10 days, can't remember the
doses but they were big tables. now bearing in mind that the
most recent thing in my NHS file would be the referral to a
fertility expert it never occurred to me to check if either of
these drugs could affect sperm count and they both do!
So it looks like i've been fucked over by the NHS and i'll have
to wait and then get retested when the drugs are out my system -
i only stopped taking them last week.
       i'm gutted and annoyed tbh
