There is one routine that I did called doggcrapp. That was all
for leaving squats at the end. The idea is high intensity very
low volume throughout, followed up with a 20 rep set on squats.
The argument was this should leave you a quivering mess on the
floor and you couldn’t train more if you wanted to!
Good consistency mr inconsistent.

Back from a heavy boozy weekend weighing in @ 98.5kg
Today is the start of a 6 week pre-christmas weight cut.
Going to cut back on carbs, no beer, no crisps, no chocolate.

Ha the no chocolate is the easiest one for me.
3 strict pull ups
1x50 28kg kettle bell swings. Crazy forearm pump would like to
get up to a 100.
Note to self do all pull ups before high rep swings.

My problem is I can't just have a bit or chocolate or a single
biscuit. It's an all or nothing scenario, if I have one thing
then there's a high chance I'll wake up surrounded by wrappers
and self loathing.

I'm ok if I don't have alcohol. If I do all bets are off, then I
usually drink enough to be hungover and the next day is a
massive intake of systematic junk food rape

That's my super power... I can have just one beer, just a few
chocolates, just one biscuit and put the rest back. The downside
is no-one else can so I'll have 1 then go to have one the next
day to find someone else has polished the lot off in one sitting
LOL (by 'someone else' I mean my wife)
