Fish oil

Been taking a shed load of high strength omega 3 caps lately and
just about to order more. Does anyone have any decent oil in a
bottle links rather than the capsules? Got to think it would be
better to simply drink it rather than consuming 12 or so veg
caps.
Cheers

From what I’ve heard it tastes rank!
Do you really need to take that much? I used to do 2 a day until
I read that to meet your ‘recommended’ dose you would need to
have like 6 per day. Since then I’ve just done one a day
thinking a little is better than nothing lol. Not sure that it
makes that much difference TBH but for $12 for a years supply
why not.

Dont mind the taste at all, I often drink the oil out of the
caps. Yeah I used to take a couple a day but then read you
needed much more than that.

Recently got sent this article courtesy of revivestronger.com

“The authors concluded “Moderate‐ and high‐quality
evidence suggests that increasing EPA and DHA (fish oil) has
little or no effect on mortality or cardiovascular health”.
I also don’t see much evidence for fish oil being beneficial for
body composition outcomes. I’m not saying fish oil 100% provides
no benefits, but at this point, it’s just not something I’m
going to be spending money on, nor recommend others spend money
on.”
I tend to agree and will be saving the cash in future in favour
of creatine and whey.
