The guy is super old now, meat or no meat he's not going to be
the same as who he was. He'd probably be dead in fact if he
carried on as he was.

Hes full of shyt , cant honestly listen to him , hes just
another politician with an agenda . Popular figure head spouting
someone else's messages ( Re green house gasses) so the message
about veganism is lost on me from Arnold considering without
meat he wouldn't be a politician, actor or bodybuilder. Bit
like Prince Harry arguing against carbon emissions whilst flying
round in private jets , he might start telling us about the
benefits of veganism whilst wacking down a state sponsored lush
pile of steak and then going out hunting.
MM should be listened too though , shes remarkarble, she follows
a strict vegan diet , but only in the week ???
Do as I say , not as I do springs to mind, I think these people
really damage the vegan message.

They’re trying to convince people to reduce their value of life.
Some things they dont think the peasants should be able to do.
Flying and eating meat being 2 of them. If you have money you’ll
be fine but as usual the poor will be the hardest hit, as
always.

If meat and dairy was costed how it should be then none of us
plebs would be able to afford it anyway.

that is incorrect , it would be more affordable. Supply and
demand would bring the price down . We pay subsidies for meat
and dairy so they can remain inefficient and highly priced ,
remove subsidies and it would reach a lower equilibrium.
If the price went up we would import it cheaper . That's not the
argument , the argument is do we keep destroying the lungs of
the planet to feed cattle as demand is satisfied.
If we put something into law globally to tackle this it would
also impact plant based foods like palm oil and not defrosting
and wiping out orangutans.
