Mrs has been using some high strength capsules... to save money
we get them when they are near BBE so are a fraction of the
cost. I think they have been helping with her inflammation
issues but she suffers quite severely tho so it's not like she's
pain free

Can't remember off hand, I'll go an look but we've got one from
H&B and one from Lloyds... hang on...
.... Satipharm and Celtic Wind are her current 2 boxes

I've heard the Holland and Barret CBD range isn't very good.
Very low amounts of CBD in them?

It wasn't their own brand IIRC. we made sure we were getting
high strength

My wife purchased some a while ago without telling me, and like
most things, it just sat there going unused.
Well, I decided to start using it before bed... Dosage of
suggestion was a few drops, but I was pretty much having a half
of the dropper per hit.
The initial feeling was a tingly little head rush... Pleasant.
Placebo effect is that I think I'm sleeping better.
Overall, I feel no worse for using it.
