I wonder if you're right about the different carrier oils. I've
always thought it had the potential to be unsafe. Look at the
amount of smokers that now vape but still have the smokers
cough.

I finished taking my 1000mg oil the other day and I can't say
I've noticed any difference at all. Either you have to go
expensive or its just a load of old nonsense.

I'm going to give a brand called provacan a go. Supposed to be
the best stuff in the UK. We'll see.

I'm not too hopeful tbh mate and I've spent about 45 quid, but
my sleep is so bad recently I'm willing to give just about
anything a go.

Never had a problem sleeping any time of the day mate.layed down
sat up it doesn't matter I can be out in 3 minutes 😴 The
wifes baffled by it as well but it's normal for me
🤷‍♂️
