I bought it initially to help with general aches and pains but
having tested the 500mg one it seems to silence my anxiety and
makes me feel a lot more relaxed,i don't function well in large
groups of people 🤷‍♂️
Must be genetics because half my family are tapped in the head
😄

My wife suffers with Anxiety, and it's quite unpleasant for her.
It's not something I personally had much knowledge or experience
with, as I've always thought I was a cold heartless bastard who
didn't really think about things.
However, the other day while doing a family shop in a
supermarket, I felt horrendous... My heart rate shot up, I felt
panicky, and like my head was just overflowing with information.
I just wanted to run out the supermarket and go home and relax
(Hide).
It was a very unpleasant feeling, and really came out of nowhere
and for no real reason. Very strange.
So living with that all the time.

Lost count of how many times I've felt like that,I remember
roughly the first time it happened i was in Tesco scanning a
shelf felt like I'd done a somersault but i hadn't moved.
Come over all panicky and started sweating,felt like I just
wanted to run.
Dropped the basket and walked home felt ok when I got in.
Still learning how to deal with it now I've had it for that
long,I just try and laugh it off in my head when I feel like
that because I now know what it is.
My mother sufferers with it as well so try and talk to her as
much as I can about it,she wears a thin rubber band on her wrist
and when she feels panicked says she just snaps the band back
and forth gently to give her something else to focus on.

Went up to 1000mg and I'm not sure if it does anything. It
doesn't really help with sleep.

ive bene using a few vapes recently and all ive noticed is an

Purelife.co.uk is where I've been getting mine from and are
supposed to be legit. They are pretty cheap though which does
make me wonder....

Weren't all the vapers in the US that either died or were
hospitalised using CBD oil?
Maybe they use a different type of carrier oil as vaping in the
UK seems safe enough.
I'm still alive anyway lol.
