CBD Oil

Hi all,
Ordered myself 250mg CBD oil THC free to see if it helps with
general aches and pains,Not expecting miracles just curious to
see what it's all about.
Was wondering if anyone uses it or has used it in the past?
Notice any difference in reduction in pain or better sleep,less
anxiety act.
Or any links to scientific studies!

I have tried the stuff you can get over here, can't recall where
but I know it was recommended and well regarded but I can't say
I felt it was a worthwhile venture. I'm sure I have since read
that most of the CBD you get over here, online etc, isn't
generally worth too much time and attention

Well I'd got some for the Mrs and she hated it so refused to
take, I probably took a few drop a day, very day for over a
month. Can't remember the strength off hand, it was last year
(may be even longer)

After some searching and recommendations from a couple of people
I know had looked in to it more than me I think the site I went
with was

Ok thanks.
Ordered mine from a place down south which come
recommended,seems well reviewed on trustpilot.
I'll give it a bash and see what the fuss is about.
Weed doesn't come with instructions so I hope this does for an
idea on a starting dose.Alternative is neck a bottle and see
what happens for shits and giggles 😊

You'll probably find none of these places give you much in the
way of dosages etc as IIRC legally they aren't allowed to

Just looked back on the site where I ordered it and they do say
that they are restricted in the amount of info they are allowed
to give 👍🏻

Would only use stuff made by people I know or from the black
market
Anything from a legit site etc is crap really
