       Cooking a gammon

       How do I cook it to achieve similar results with one

       Boil a gammon, smother it in mustard/marmalade, roast

       Floydy’s grammar was always top notch, the real floydy would
       surely of used a question mark at the end of his sentence?
       Anyway boil then roast is good advice.

       Soak overnight in water draws out salt .....pot bring to boil
       and simmer slow roast with lots of honey
