Your not using your salts properly though that's why they aren't
working, your supposed to throw them over your shoulder straight
after sniffing, into your gym bag, hasn't Ox taught you
       anything? lol.
Yeh bit of a grind that one, but you still got it done.
Hopefully the hip shift was a one off.
Strongman comp sounds good, surprised that 455kg was the max
deadlift though, I was expecting a bit more than that although I
had a feeling no one would be close to the 500kg. Eddie Hall has
got that record in the bag for a good while.

Yeh glad I filmed that as would of missed that happened. Physio
seems to think knee is 95% and no affect to squats/deads, ill
just keep an eye on it and film few more sets to keep on top of
       it.
These were 'Old time salts, I rarely use them tbh but fancied
using them last set and all potency had gone so need to replace.

Ill have to slap his wrist as he didn't include that in the
       plan!
Cheers did not want to fail that but hip shift at start really
       threw me off.
Was awesome, I think Jerry had 467.5 if he hadn't tweaked
himself but so many injuries and replacements for this show was
mad. Benni, brian shaw & thor amonst others pulled out through
injury. Would of been good to see if Benni or Thor could of had
       a run near 500

Amazing how smooth/confident benching is at the moment - Ox has
made a massive difference for me on this. Reps feel smoth and
comfy. The 92.5 moved as well as it could and good amrap set to
follow. Not gunna lie was a good pump session and did check my
arms/shoulders in mirror a few times.
Bench day, vest, mirror admiring - BRO DAY.

Bench looked good mate, very smooth. You just need to stop
twerking while you dead lift and you're golden.
Is that 90 overhead? Where did that come from? great work.

One of my smoothest reps yet. Surely the twerk engages my glutes
to help pull it up? Or something like that...
Good spot - amended to 25! heaviest barbell in my gym is about
       45!

Felt like an animal on squats today. No knee issues or even
thoughts of it as all. Just focused on lifting and must say reps
felt easy - had a lot more in the tank on the singles. AMRAp set
is +5 reps on last weeks and at a heavier weight. Felt light
headed after must say - gave them my all.
Been suffering with a tight lower back since monday - one of the
armup reps I didnt control down and it bounced on matt while i
was holding on and jarred me so stiffened the back up. back was
still tight so backed off the assistance work apart from quick
cable row. At this stage with a comp close by not worth getting
a back niggle. Sports massage tomorrow morning for back and then
seeing knee specialist in the eve.
Knee update - Absolute no issue in training. last week about
2/10 pain day after squats and more aching then usual but my
phsio is putting this down to the workload it currently has and
is not concerned as this stage. Will review my knee after sports
massage tomorrow and adjust rehab if need be but expect it to be
       usual rehab.
