Is it a proper fullbody massage or a specific one by the physio?

Enjoy the massage if that’s possible in a twisted kind of way.
All looking positive and going according to plan.
Oh, no hangover means you weren’t even trying.

I will enjoy it but will be bloody painful. But definately
worthwhile.
Sensible head on - many many lagers but laid off the spirits
apart from 2 scotches with the groom for some dutch courage

Alcohol ruins me, deload or no I would be good for nothing.
Good to see you're making the most of this though and hammering
technique, that stuff pays off in the end.
I could of powered a heavyish session but deload is better after
a boozey session. Really hammered technique today - no wraps on
the accessory work just good dose of chalk and try and make each
rep perfect

Massages that leave you battered are the best ones, the relief
when they are over and the fact that they actually do something
in terms of healing/recovery are a great feeling
Relief is a good way to put it when its finished but i know they
are serving a purpose and making a difference.

No just located to the injured knee and any area around the knee
that physio feels work is required. Physio assess’s the knee and
my squat before any massage work and hones in areas he feels
need work as well as working on areas that needed work last week
for comparison.
I do need a proper sports massage and will be getting a few when
in Antigua in couple weeks

Pretty confident 500+ total is on the cards next time round.
Injury depending of course.

500 is the target but any thing else I can squeeze on that would
be awesome

Physio very happy with progress - seeing improvement each weekly
session and tightness just localised to injured area. He puts
knee at 90/95% now and full blessing to train heavy and hard
push.
He reckons without the rehab work and training I would of been
doing then knee would be in a severely weaker state.

Proof that squats are an effective knee rehab exercise, as
opposed to what many non lifters would think.

His thoughts exactly - any strength based work far better for
injuries then just leaving and doing odd rehab. Non lifters
though just but into the Kool-Aid of squats and deads will
cripple you. Where as I intend to be squatting/deadlifting well
into 70's/80's if not further
