Exactly. Ive been following physion and specialists advice the
whole way along and working with Dave to ensure we are all on
same page and knee health takes priority. very lucky that what
we have been doing it turns out is exactly what the knee needed.
Theres mores there on bench - very happy with progress. Im due a
test on week 29th July - purely because I started a peak with
the august comp in mind and will continue to run that for
squats/bench. After that I think next plan is a hypertrophy
       block

Yeh they were not fun - well actually were in a sick kind of

Light session today - worked up to my planned opener of 190 and
moved very well. Confidence is very high - this is a session
where I could of shifted a big weight if I was to go off plan,
well at least I felt like I could of.
Accessory work lowered weight to minimise fatigue on back in
preparation. I'm moving my squat day forward to Wednesday as
well to give body as much time as poss to rest.
Chomping at the bit for Sunday and feel ready...

       Very clean pull that.
Looking back to your wobble last week. You can see you do have a
tendency to deviate to the side still a bit. Look at your line
on the lift, compared to your line when you stand up after the
lift (still with feet planted in the same spot). With the bar in
your hands your head cuts off the side of the light panel on the
ceiling, when you stand without the bar you can see the ceiling
light either side of your head (pause at 12 secs and at 15/16
secs and see your head alignment with the light behind your head
to see what I mean)..... I thought it when I saw the lift, the
frame pauses confirmed it. Certainly nothing like you went off
line last week but there is a drift there it would seem
