Looking much better mate, loads more there. I expected to see
more slow down on the AMRAP set so it looks more like you hit a
fitness limit rather than muscular failure, not that I'm
surprise 15 reps with that % must have had your lungs on fire.
In fact I bet you felt that in your soul. Great to see you back
firing on all cylinders.

Nailed those squats very nicely, looking really good ATM. AMRAPS
is brutal, especially when it's as humid as it is. Sounds like a
good call easing the assistance work off today tho, fingers
crossed the massage sorts it

Cheers mate. Defo more there, if I wanted to I could of lifted
very heavy and gave my PB a run for its money but no sense in
blowing my load so early. Plan in place and following it
through. The AMRAP started off fine and then rep 10 just got
brutal, took me a couple minutes to recover from that and was
woozy after re-racking! I think with more fitness I would of had
more reps there.

Glad squats are strong and consistent now - I think the shoes
help as well as I feel I squat a lot better in them. I hate
amraps but they are needed at time and good to push through the
barrier today. Massage was great today and much looser

Physio at 07:30 this morn - gave my back/pelvis/spine an MOT and
thorough testing, no issues whatsoever which was good to hear.
Apart from tightness which he massaged out a very healthy back
which is good to hear. Also commented on how impressed he is at
my knee recovery considering the severity of it - appointments
once a fortnight and rehab at home once per week unless surgeon
advises anything different tonight. So fingers crossed
everything holds together well in the coming months.
BW - A very chunky 89.7kg. Most likely topped up by a couple
pints and chip shop dinner last night...
Dead Bench - 45 secs between each rep on working set of 110
20 x 8
60 x 5
80 x 3
100 x 3
110 x 10
DB Bench
22 x 15
22 x 15
22 x 15
DB Fly
14 x 12
14 x 12
18 x 12
Cable Tricep Pushdown
23.75 x 15
26.25 x 15
31.25 x 15
Quick session today as had to get back to work for meeting so
had to cut some accessory work. Feel like im building good power
and speed now on these dead press - more to do still but they
are improving. Looking forward to a good dinner tonight and
chilled weekend. Vids of lifts on IG.

Great news on your health mate, really that's the key thing, if
your beaten up everything else is secondary.
Dead bench looked strong especially considering it's above your
max bench. You must be good for a new bench PB now but no sense
in testing it if you don;t have too, keep building.
