       16.25 x 20
Cracking session today rocking my new Adipowers. Although 105
has been previously completed - the rep was stolen by a shitty
PT who did not know when to spot and jumped in just when I was
pushinh through. Today I had it in mind if I made 102.5kg then
105 would be next and fall today properly and fall it did. The
102.5 rep I was not happy with TBH setup was just not tight
enough and bar path felt wrong. Really p*ssed me off but I knew
105 was next - took my time inbetween, got ampted much better
setup and a smooth comfortable rep. There is more there so after
de-load next week will see where my 1RM lays.
Rest of session was brilliant and reps were strong. Squats
       tomorrow - CANNOT WAIT!!

Knee felt quite stiff today from the physio work Wednesday. Did
want to squat heavy but just wasnt happening so had to make do
with a couple of 160 singles. The 175 attempt I could of grinded
through but would of been a big grind and at this stage in
recuperating/rehabbing knee I made choice to fail as not worth
injuring myself. Deload next week and then be fresh for a good
       attempt at 175/180.
Deads were piss easy at 130 absolutely flying - went to 140 last
set to see how I handled it and moved well. Rest of session good
       sweat work.
       Vids on IG.
Hopefully if get time tomorrow can add my 2nd bench session -
have a big dead bench number in mind...

The gym isn't the place to hurt yourself with PB attempts so (as
I said before) as wise decision to bail on that 175 and still
get on with some quality work unimpeded.

Sucks big time when someone steps in too early and steals your
rep. 500kg is a nice round number to have as a goal.
I briefly thought about strength training a few years back and
felt that was achievable for me at a body weight of around 85kg.
As it is, I’m now fatter and weaker so 500 is a pipe dream
       again.

Think was nov last year or early this year and a major pisser!
       Just dont use spotters now.
Yeh 500 is a good target although comp ill be aiming for 500-510
total. Sure you could build up to that in time mate
