       Performance pins?

       Just watching a John Meadows vid where he uses these. Spring
       loaded pins for machine weight stacks. They look great for
       dropsets (you insert them in the weight stack at each drop
       point, and when you let the weight return to the stack, that pin
       shoots out, so you can immediately continue the dropset without
       having to get up to move the pin). I use at least one dropset in
       pretty much all my training sessions so I'd get a lot of use out
       of these. BUT has anyone used them and are they as good as
       advertised (they look kinda cheap plastic, ripe for getting
       crushed in a weight stack if it didn't 'shoot out' correctly)
       and, related to the cheap plastic look, the only place I can
       find them is eBay for £35 a pair. Which is beyond ridiculous.
       Anyone know of a cheaper place?
