I think its real and that we are contributing. I think there are
easier ways to increase taxes than a worldwide climate
conspiracy

How ? what isn't taxed ?
What do yuo think we are contributing too ? Warming or carbon ?

Because CFCs etc. were banned and the Ozone has been steadily
repairing since?
Also, I'd say it is still relevant - as and when spikes in Ozone
destroying chemicals are detected, it gets reported:

they where banned but they are very much in use in china . The
hole is still there . But they just show us models of what it
would have looked like if we didnt ban CFC's ( flawed models)
This year, the South Pole region of Antarctica was slightly
colder than the previous few years, so the ozone hole grew
larger. However, scientists from NASA have developed models to
predict what the ozone layer would have looked like without the
Montreal Protocol, which banned the release of CFCs.2 Nov 2018
