       Climate Change / Global Warming

       Bullshít or na?
       What’s your thoughts.
Do you think it’s a natural cycle of the earth or should we be
       worried.
These protestors closing down whole cities, encouraging civil
disobedience just to make a point really boil my píss. Stopping
ordinary people from going about their lives, can’t get to work
       or home etc

What little I follow I'm in with the science to say it is real
and happening... there is probably a cyclical nature to it too
but I can see that it is hightened/accelerated through our
       actions.
But yes, I do find some of the protesters self serving and
pretentious and probably as bad as the rest of us in real life.
And while I do see the point some of them have to make I do not
agree with how they go about it and they could probably do an
awful lot more in a more productive manner. Fvcking up my day
when I go to collect my grandson while 60,000 tonnes of
unusable, so called recyclable but isn't due to contamination,
plastic is shipped to the Philippines and then turned away and
shipped back.... yeah, I'm the fvcking problem... oh and by the
way, I am now using more fuel and polluting more sitting here
waiting for you to all fvck off LOL

Definitely happening. Man made climate change is another matter.
The earth happens to be warming AGAIN, as it always does. If it
happened to be cooling (as it will again) it would be global
cooling that would be used to shaft us for more cash.
I bet the government cant believe how well they’ve orchestrated
this. They have all these lefty nuggets out their doing their
dirty work for them. “Oh alright then, we’ll tax u of more of
       your money if u insist”

The globe is warming of its own accord, the man made shtick is
just a money spinner. Its preposterous anyway, like its the
publics fault. The Chinese bellowing out all their sh1t into the
air through their industry and the Americans driving round in
their huge fuel guzzling monsters (that seems to be becoming
more commonplace here I may add) but if I turn off my standby
light on my telly off at night I'll magically save the planet.
Anyone remember the hole in the ozone layer they used to bang on
about in the 90's? Why is that not relevant now?

I think the idea that we can push Mother Nature around is naive,
a delusion of grandure. the worst we can do is prod her with a
       stick.
The other thing is, people love to set this up as "Humans vs
Nature" and this to me is bullshit, humans ARE nature, If we
split the atom and blow the earth into a thousand pieces, then
shit as that may be, it is still natural causes.
If termites were to hollow out the earth to the point that the
ground collapsed and thousands of other animals fell into the
sinkholes they created and perished, then that wouldn't be
deemed a "termite made atrocity", it would just be considered to
be the wheels of nature turning.
Everything we do, no matter how clever we are at working out how
things work, breaking things, or whatever, is by the grace of
nature, we ONLY have the tools nature provides, nothing more,
       nothing less.
How we think we are so damned special is beyond me?

yep! Remember Al Gore’s an inconvenient truth from 2008. The
polar ice cap should have completely disappeared by now and
Florida should have been swallowed by the sea!
       He won an Oscar ffs

^^^ Seen a fella on youtube with the best arguement on it.
Malibu will disappear shortly due to global warming right??? Yet
still some of the highest priced property in the world. Can
still get insurance and mortgages on those properties right?
Why? Its a guaranteed loss for the banks, no ifs or buts. Them
banks must be real idiots. Yeah right

No mate? Does he say the same? I have been saying this for
years, same as with supplements and stuff, "natural" means very
       little IMO.

the whole thing is a scam, we are looking at a tiny spec of
timeframe and looking at a warming phase , even if we look back
10000 years its pretty insignificant . The biggest provider of
Co2 is the ocean , we cant get rid of it .
electric cars are less energy efficient than fossil fuels
renewable energy is a good idea , but we dont have anything
thats a net positive yet ( unless you ignore manufacturing
costs, labour , energy that went into making it and if lifespan)

Its just a stealth tax that doesnt solve a problem whether it
       was real or not.
The forecasting has been 1000% off , the modeling has been way
off, amazingly they've always been on the upper side showing
more warming and chaos , but none of this has panned out .
