Ebay scam or not?

I have a friend who has sold an item on eBay via "buy it now" by
a buyer from Bulgaria. She has it listed as collection only but
this buyer has told her she'll send UPS but needs her address to
book the courier. The buyer has asked her to send an invoice
before she pays. The buyer has over 500 reviews, all positive
but something in both our guts say to just cancel this and
relist. Is it a scam?? If so how does this work?

It was a telescope. She had a buy it now at £56 but they sell
new over £170. Told her to re-list and that the BIN price off!

very strange , I would stick with the collection only part if
its listed that way
also check the reviews on the buyer and make sure its not just a
lot of items for 5p
Could also be a hijacked account where they are using someone
else's paypal details to pay for a courier and get the items
sent elsewhere, yo might actually be doing someone a favour by
cancelling it.

Thanks for that. I tried to search but was possibly being too
specific in asking about Bulgaria!!

I tried to show her how to do that but it would not let you look
at the purchases!!
