       Slow Cooker Recipes

       Right guys I know a few of us have a slow cooker and it
       regularly.  So lets share some of our favourite recipes.  I'll
       Start.
       2kg Diced Beef Beef (5%)

       450ml Chicken Stock
       (

       500g Sliced Carrots
       (

       250g Baby Spinach

  HTML https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/275549004)
       2 x Beef Stock Cubes
       Salt and Pepper to taste.
       Cook it on slow for 9 hours and thicken as needed.  Lovely.
       This is 8 servings for me.

       Good idea Nails,
       I've got a couple of Moroccan dishes that I enjoy, although it
       tends to be just chuck in as I go along, always come out good
       though. Next time I do it I will make a note of the exact
       ingredients and weights.

       You need to get some bone broth in that nails! Ditch the cubes!

       Half a bottle of Franks Red Hot buffalo sauce
       4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
       1 tablespoon Low Sugar Tomato sauce
       Tobasco to taste
       I love this recipe
       Wrap it in iceberg lettuce or on top of a salad if low carb
       Stick it in a toasted ciabatta or on a pizza or in wraps

       Bless me father for I have sinned!
       My normal buffalo recipe for wings has lots of butter in but
       this slow coooker recipe really doesn’t need it. When roasting
       wings, most of the fat is rendered and you toss the sauce over
       at the end. Bit with slow cooking the thighs, there’s a lot of
       chicken fat that doesn’t come out. I think it’s 45%.

       I finally got round to trying this recently, and was pleasantly
       surprised by it.
       I think I over pulled the chicken mind, as I do like a bit of
       texture to my meat, but that's my own fault and preferences.
       It did reopen my eyes to the simplicity and usefulness of the
       slow cooker though.
