Anyone had it? They say that a 5 min session burns 400 to 800
calories... That's gotta be bro science/ hype surely? Anyone
felt any benefit from it in general?

Never done it but would like to. I’ve never heard anybody talk
about it for weight loss tbh, its always for reducing
inflammation and recovery.

Never tried it but, for weight loss you would spend a small
fortune!

When my training volume is very high, I “enjoy” taking a dip in
the North Sea! It’s always freezing but fixes Leg Dom’s.
I haven’t done it in a while but I was also using the cold sea
to improve my staying calm and keep breathing regulated and
controlled in stressful situations which helps martial arts
training. Nothing like a jump into the sea in February to cause
a mild panic!
