Help my nipples are on fire!

LOL not quite that bad, but I have your attention now.
Week four into a 12 week 500mg p/w cycle. This is my first
proper test cycle. I’m also taking Sdrol 20mg daily but I know
       this doesn’t aromatise.
Noticed my left nipple was a bit sore a few days ago. I am aware
of things like gyno but do not feel any lumps or itchiness. It
doesn’t look puffy. So I left it for a few days thinking it may
have just been bruising from chest supported rows or something.
However it has got worse. When I don’t touch it it’s fine but if
I apply a little pressure with an open palm it starts to hurt.
And now I notice the right one is starting to get sore. I’ve not
been playing with them too much to make them this sore. I also
think I feel a bit of a tender lump amongst the pec muscle
behind the nipple but I can’t ‘pick it up’ so to speak when I
       pinch the nipple.
I have done some google and some say it’s normal to have sore
nipples on cycle other say it’s the very beginning of gyno and
       to shut it down quick.
I have started 20mg nolva each day today. Plan is to do this
until the soreness goes. Then I’m thinking drop to 20mg eod
       until end of cycle.
I could look at AIs but I’ve also read these aren’t so good for
muscle building. I do have exemstane on hand for emergencies
       though.
       Thoughts?

I get sensitivity, not sure I suffer 'soreness'... any notable
       lumps or anything?

Comparing the two I am certain there is something different with
the left one. It does feel like a small lump and the pain seems
to radiate from that when pressed. So more than mere
       sensitivity.
The other thing to consider is most of the people I’ve seen that
report lumps happen about 3-4 week mark. We will see how the
       nolva goes I think.

No brainer, start nolv. In the past my were a little tender,
       but nothing else.

Thanks for your replies fellas. Okay so time for a detailed
       update.
I’ve just done 7 days of 20mg nolva daily. The
sensitivity/soreness has decreased for sure. If I touch nipples
they are sensitive but if I leave them they are fine and I don’t
       feel it.
I still believe there is a lump across the top of the left
nipple. I have to press down firmly and dig around to feel it
but it is there. Right nipple also has something similar but not
as defined. I have seen gyno described as a pea sized lump
behind the nipple. This feels more like a licorice bullet
running across to top of the nipple, like an inverted smiley
       face.
I was expecting this to disappear after 7 days but it hasn’t, so
now I am wondering if it is gyno or is it is just part of the
pectoral structure or something I’ve never noticed. I guess I
won’t know for sure until the cycle is finished and levels all
       return to normal.
I see three options from here out:
       1) drop nolva to 20mg EOD now for the remainder of the cycle and
       run the dbol as planned
       2) add the 6bromo now 150mg daily and see if the AI properties
change the size of the lump
       3) drop the nolva completely and see if the lump changes
       size/shape
I’ll be honest I am still keen on running the dbol but I know it
is notorious for aromatising. I’m still not 100% sold that it is
gyno TBH just taking precautions. That said if it is gyno I
really don’t want to be introducing dbol to a later cycle -I’ll
       go with a non-aromatising compound.
If anyone is reading that has experience with true gyno I would
       love your input.

Usual protocol would be keep going with the nolv until lump goes

True. One thing I did want clarification on though you mentioned
you get sensitive nips. My question is how sensitive? Do you
notice them when putting on a shirt? Can you feel them if you
don’t touch them? If you cop an elbow in the boobie would it
       hurt a lot?

The shirt thing sounds about right. And if I catch with a DB
when pressing they can sting/burn a fair bit
