dizziness

Introduced some RDL's today did 5 sets 1x15/1x15/1x12/1x10 and
1x8 last 2 or so sets i was going quite dizzy, last set very
light headed and woozy, my breathing seamt fine to me, anyone?

I've been noticing this of late myself... more so afterwards
when I then bend down to log what I've done then get up feeling
funky, but only on exercises that involved being bent over
themselves. Typically it's a sign of low BP (which mine isn't),
possibly blood pooling.
Do you get it just generally getting up from a low position,
sitting or laying down?

Not at all mate no, i keep my eyes forward heads straight, my
form is good not rushed.q
