I’m currently and possibly quite recklessly using it. It has
similar properties to ephedrine, or ECA, but through a different
mechanism.
It definitely gives the same boost in energy and decrease in
appetite.

I crossed it off my list back when I discovered it caused cancer
in mice during testing, albeit at massive dosages though.
I felt the risk outweighed the benefits.

Yeah, human trials were abandoned because it caused cancer in
several organs of mice at 3mg per Kg of bodyweight. Typical
doses are 0.25-0.5mg per Kg in most human supplements. So, you
decide for yourself if it’s worth risking that mice, or other
rodents, have some different biological pathway that could
explain this. Researchers found the risk unethical.
