Imaging biomarker diagnoses PML

There may be an imaging marker that identifies "T2 weighted
hyperintensities that disseminate in a punctate pattern" prior
to the appearance of PML in a patient--though the cause of the
PML wouldn't be known. Such a test could be useful for MS
patients taking Tysabri.
