       trends in comorbidity trends in multiple sclerosis mortality":

       This article might be interpreted as pointing towards
       fundamental biological differences among the races but nonwhite
       people in the US tend to have lower incomes than white people,
       and low-income people can't afford medical care at the level
       received by the higher-income white people. And if they could
       afford it somehow (insurance, for instance, or Medicaid), there
       is the matter of getting to clinics,  hospitals, doctors, and
       pharmacies, many of which are not located accessibly for them.
       Just my two cents.
