       This small study involved patients taking natalizumab.
       According to AI, "A myelin content proxy is an indirect
       measurement used in neuroimaging to estimate the amount of
       myelin—the protective, fatty sheath insulating nerve fibers.
       Because directly measuring myelin requires time-consuming,
       specialized equipment, researchers rely on these "proxies" using
       standard, readily available brain scans."
