This belt-tightening could affect people with MS who depend on
Medicaid for coverage of medical expenses. People with MS are
particularly vulnerable to having a disability status
questioned. Yes, you may be able to type 100wpm, and if you can
type, you can work, right?
Wrong. For how long can you keep typing 100wpm? An 8-hour day, a
5-day week? People with MS often have neurological fatigability,
which produces a type of fatigue that is different from what
most people mean by fatigue.
