       Taking another break due to a fall

       Yesterday I had another fall. I don't think any real damage was
       done other than some bruising but avoiding falls is at the top
       of my agenda these days.
       This was my first fall in a little over two years.
       In the interests of taking it easy for a while, I'm just posting
       this message here today.
