       Speaking from personal experience, I think that this article
       makes some good points. I've tried a couple of urologists, who
       ordered up some very uncomfortable tests (cystoscopy,
       cystometry) and prescribed some of the usual bladder-control
       drugs. Vesicare worked better than the others but all caused dry
       mouth problems.
       Kegel exercises and some diet modifications have worked best for
       me.
